FluxData Repair Policy

If you want to send us a defective camera for repair, please observe the following:

  • If you purchased your camera from one of our distributors, please contact them to arrange your repair.
  • If you purchased your camera directly from FluxData, inc.,  please fill in the following form. The FluxData support team will evaluate your request and respond with diagnostic requests or RMA authorization.
