Pano A. Spiliotis, President 
As President, Mr. Spiliotis leads the Company’s vision, strategy, and continued growth. Mr. Spiliotis was previously Director - Imaging Products for Geospatial Systems, Inc., (GSI). His duties included product line management and expansion, business development, strategy, marketing and sales for their airborne imaging business. Previous to GSI, Mr. Spiliotis was General Manager of Pixel Physics, where he was responsible for day to day operations and transitioning Pixel Physics from an engineering services company into a product based company. He has held various technical positions at Munsell Color Science Lab, RIT, GretagMacbeth and Xerox Corporation. Mr. Spiliotis received an MBA in Finance and Technology Management and a BS in Imaging Science both from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Lawrence A. Taplin, CTO
Mr. Taplin has broad experience researching, designing and fabricating imaging systems. As a staff Color Scientist for over ten years at the Munsell Color Science Laboratory, RIT, he has designed multispectral cameras and printing systems for digital archiving and conservation of museum artwork. He has held technical roles at Applied Science Fiction (now part of Eastman Kodak Company), Synapse Group, and British Telecom Syncordia. Mr. Taplin received an MS in Color Science from RIT, has 30 years of experience in computer programming, and holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. Mr. Taplin has co-authored over 25 journal articles and conference proceedings on various topics in color science and holds four patents.

Tim J. Hattenberger, COO                                                                  Previously serving as VP of Engineering, Mr. Hattenberger has expertise in Imaging Science, after receiving a BS, as well as MS, from Rochester Institute of Technology. Along with being well versed in Imaging Science, Mr. Hattenberger also received his MBA from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration. Prior to serving as VP of Engineering, and now Chief Operating Officer, he served as a Senior Staff Scientist with WGS Systems where he designed and implemented novelty software user interface, a Principal Engineer with Exelis Information Solutions where he created an immersive visualization that allowed users to be immersed in 3D point cloud data for the first time, and a Solutions Architect where he led technology integrations and identified and cultivated relationships with potential partners and customers. In his new role, Mr. Hattenberger will focus on creating and executing a strategic marketing plan to further diversify FluxData’s markets, ensuring long-term growth and sustainability. 

John E. Szydlo, VP of Finance                                                                       Mr. Szydlo oversees the Company's Finance, Accounting and Administration departments. As VP of Finance, he is responsible for being a member of FluxData's Board of Directors, directing all accounting and finance functions of the company, and maintaining appropriate financial controls. He was previously the Principal Financial Officer at Cleveland BioLabs, also serving as Finance Manager and Director of Finance, where he prepared financial models and cost proposals to obtain growth capital, effect restructuring efforts, and obtain government contracts and grants. Mr. Szydlo also worked for Northrop Grumman Corporation, where he served in various capacities such as financial planning and analysis, government cost proposal preparation and bid defense, and supply chain management. Receiving his MBA from William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration of the University of Rochester, and his BA in Economics, from the State University of New York at Fredonia, Mr. Szydlo is well-versed in all financial aspects.

Lu Luo, VP of Operations
Mrs. Luo manages all operations for FluxData, as well as service and support. Additionally, Mrs. Luo oversees business development in the Asian markets. Mrs. Luo has over 10 years of experience in the field, holding previous positions – Operation Director at Quintel Solutions, Director of Global NPI and Operations at Elo Touch Solutions/TE Connectivity, Operations Manager Elo Touch/TE Connectivity, and Manufacturing Manager at MKS Instruments/ENI Product. Mrs. Luo received her BS, as well as MS, in Mechanical Engineering from Wuhan University of Technology. Additionally, Mrs. Luo received her MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Arthur Stamos, Engagement Manager
As Engagement manager, Mr. Stamos job is to create and maintain relations with various customers, both past, present and prospective, and to turn those relationships into sales. In addition to building various customer relationships, Mr. Stamos also oversees the Marketing department, and assures that all visions are aligned on the sales front. Mr. Stamos held previous positions, such as Operations and Pressroom Manager at Gannett, Quality Analyst at NY Times, and Circulation Sales and Marketing Manager at Dow Jones. Mr. Stamos received his BS in Business Administration and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Lon E. Smith Jr., Quality Assurance Manager
As Quality Assurance Manager, Mr. Smith’s focus is to build a Quality Management System that will support high tech photonics systems and customer based optical radiation based measurement solutions; in doing so, it will support a high energy creative team of professionals that turn problems into solutions for various markets and products. Mr. Smith received his BS in Electrical Engineering and Technology, as well as his MS in Computer Integrated Manufacturing (Automation), Color Science and Education, all from Rochester Institute of Technology. With over 30 years of experience in the industry – Mr. Smith’s experience includes various engineering positions for companies like Kodak, Corning Inc., and RIT. In the last 10 years he has held positions such as, VP of operations at Excelsus Solutions and Quality Assurance Manager for BlackBox Biometrics.

Debbie Wehrle, Human Resources Manager                                                  Mrs. Wehrle is responsible for all HR functions, policies and procedures at FluxData. As HR Manager, she provides leadership, organizational and talent expertise to drive rapid growth within the company. With over 20 years' experience in talent acquisition and management, employee relations, leadership development and project management for imaging companies, Mrs. Wehrle has a strong background in startup, divestiture and acquisition companies. Previously working for Eastman Kodak Company, Mrs. Wehrle served as HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, and Manager of HR Employee Services. While at Kodak Alaris, she was the Director of Training and Development. Mrs. Wehrle obtained her BS in Business Administration, minoring in Computer Science, from Rochester Institute of Technology. Additionally, she is APICS certified in Supply Chain Management.
