Pano A. Spiliotis – President and Chief Executive Officer
As CEO, Mr. Spiliotis leads the Company’s vision, strategy, and continued growth. Mr. Spiliotis was previously Director - Imaging Products for Geospatial Systems, Inc., (GSI). His duties included product line management and expansion, business development, strategy, marketing and sales for their airborne imaging business. Previous to GSI, Mr. Spiliotis was General Manager of Pixel Physics, where he was responsible for day to day operations and transitioning Pixel Physics from an engineering services company into a product based company. He has held various technical positions at Munsell Color Science Lab, RIT, GretagMacbeth and Xerox Corporation. Mr. Spiliotis received an MBA in Finance and Technology Management and a BS in Imaging Science both from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Tracie L. Spiliotis, Co-Founder and CFO
Mrs. Spiliotis oversees the Company’s Sales and Marketing, Accounting and Manufacturing departments. She was previously Materials & Inventory Control Manager and Marketing Communications Manager for Geospatial Systems, Inc. (GSI). Prior to that, she was a Marketing Manager for both TruGreen Companies and a division of Owens Corning. Mrs. Spiliotis was also a staff accountant for Insero and Company. Mrs. Spiliotis received an MBA in Marketing and a BS in Accounting both from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Lawrence A. Taplin – Co-Founder, Chief Technical Officer and Vice President
Mr. Taplin has broad experience in the design and architecture of imaging systems, specifically multi-spectral cameras and multi-spectral printing systems. He is currently a staff Color Scientist at the Munsell Color Science Lab, RIT. He has held technical roles at Applied Science Fiction (now part of Eastman Kodak Company), Synapse Group, and British Telecom Syncordia. Mr. Taplin received an MS in Color Science from RIT and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Delaware. Mr. Taplin is currently working on his Ph.D in Color Science at RIT. Mr. Taplin has 23 published papers and 1 Patent (2 Pending).
